Corporation has developed the siphon tee – a
permanent, cost-effective solution for the removal
of standing water from natural gas mains.
Remove standing water
We took the most effective features of our mechanical
tapping tee – including simple and safe installation
–
and incorporated them into a new product. The result?
A mechanical tapping tee for gas mains up to eight
inches in diameter that safely and effectively allows for
the removal of standing water.
A simple, permanent solution
Once the siphon tee has been properly installed, a
shut-off valve can be placed at the surface. When
the main needs to be drained again, the operator
simply accesses the valve and siphons the water
according to the utility’s operating standards.
Less costly
Installation of a Perfection siphon tee utilizes fewer
man-hours, a smaller dig and less equipment –
saving your utility time and money.
